Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you’re not happy, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process

- Include your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
